Is there a way to put an item from the All Public Folders into your favorites folder (or someplace easier to get to) instead of digging down through Go/Folder List etc. Thank you.

I have apointments in my calendar for the months of Sep and Oct, ill be taking a trip overseas and have it all in my IPAQ aswell. Is there anyway i can print out from outlook on my PC all the apointments maybe a week view or even daily would be ok, just so if my IPAQ fails ill

I have one system on our network that when he receives or sends a meeting request the time is always one hour earlier on his machine than on the system sending the request to him or receiving the request from. Also his system clock matches the sending or receiving systems clock. ...
