Is there a way to effect individual users reminders lists from Tasks and
Calendars that belong to other mailboxes or public folders?

I want to set up a re-occuring meeting to be held on the first Thursday of
every month. But, only after the first Monday of the month. ie. if the first

I almost always have 1 hour appointments. Having to adjust EVERY appointment
is annoying

instead of having 2 different calendar sources, would prefer the same
calendar with rolling 2 month view side by side.

From an appointment, there should be a "Display Map of Address" button that
would show a map of the location based upon the "Location" field in the
appointment.  You would then be taken to the Microsoft Windows Live Local
website which shows a map.

Outlook 2000 allowed the user to change the sound played when an apointment
reminder cam up.  Otlook 2000 only allowed us to choose from "sound files,"
it seems that Outlook 2007 will not allow any such modification.  I would
have thought there would have been an improvement ...

Hi, my company used Lotus Notes. I continue to use Outlook for Calender,
Contacts, Notes, Memos. I use Outlook at home and on my PDA's.
Q. When I get an invitation to a meeting from Lotus Notes users, can I
accept it directly into Outlook Calendar?

I was wondering if there is a free add-in somewhere out there that I
could use to automatically synchronize my Personal Calendar (Outlook

trying to figure out how to transfer many calendar entries in outlook
calendar to the task folder. If I have 100 entries I don't want to drag and
drop each one individually. does anyone know how to link them automatically?

I often update my calendar to reflect things I've done during the day AFTER

I noticed in Outlook 2003 when doing a new meeting request starting October
2006, under the scheduling tab anyone who I add shows up No Information (Gray
striped box).  I have not been able to find anything on this issue using
google and the forum here.

We've set-up several resources for meeting rooms. 'Author' permissions are
set to a mail-enabled security group that contains all users in our site. The
said group also contains several departmental groups both security &
distribution.

I performed (start, run, outlook /cleanreminder) to correct appointments that
did not properly adjust after the change to Daylight Savings Time.  However,
I am now receiving an error message that Outlook cannot start the reminder
service.  What's up with that.

I frequently find that I must copy and paste the contents of an email message
into aan appointment.  It would save time if I could right click on the
message line and create an appoints as one is able to create a task.
