I want to add a reminder on my calendar (ie someone's birthday), but do not
want to make it an all day event.  It takes up too much space on my PDA.

I would love to use the free/busy service feature that is available by
default when you use microsoft excahnge server, however we use an ISP
(limited resources at our small company) that uses POP3/SMTP.   Is there any
way we can take advanage of this great feature?

Hi, we are looking to implement Exchange 2003 using Outlook web access. I
would like to know if you can view shared calenders using OWA or if you need

I keep updating my calendar, even after I restore my ipod, long-deleted
appointments keep showing up on it, even though they are not on my calendar.

I lost my Calendar View options -from drop-down menu 1day, week, month... My
Calendar shows up looking like tasks... How can I get it back. I tried

I'm a novice to Outlook / Outlook programming.  But, what I need to do is

In our small 6-computer office, using Outlook 2000, we "share" the
calendar this way: The main calendar keeper (me) exports the calendar
to a .pst file on the network drive at the end of each day.  Then the
other 5 import the .pst to their Outlook calendars.

I have user who is a meeting organizer in her department . She sets up a
