1. When displaying my calendar in the main window, it shows Monday as

Except for the 31-day view, outlook doesn't show the day, just the date.  It
is not always clear which day of the week you are looking at.

When saving a .vcs calendar file - formatted (ie. bold text) it saves ok.
However, when importing back into the calendar, it is bringing it back as a
'plain text' formatting.
Is this common? or should a .vcs file be able to hold formatting?

We are running Exchange 2003, with Outlook 2003. When a delegate sends a
meeting request to a user, and the user has an out of office response, it
goes to the mailbox owner and not the delegate. I was able to reproduce this
issue. Is this done by design, or is this a bug?
