It seems hard to believe that a person cannot change the default time that is
available for the 'snooze' when receiving reminders about appointments etc in
Outlook.
What a chore to individually change the selected default (sometimes '5 min

Is there a way to make a task recurr on a different schedule than the few
choices listed in Outlook?  I have a number of tasks that recurr quarterly,

We created a new Outlook mailbox, called "Test Lab." We want to use this as
a resource to schedule, so that we can see its calendar (so people can see if
the Test Lab is available at whatever time they need), and that people can
schedule meetings/appointments to it.

My calendar is used for tracking employee planned absences, with different
labels for different levels of staff.  I would like to see all of each label
grouped together, like all doctors, all office staff, all PAs, etc.  Is this

I keep getting a reminder that is WAY overdue - it says it is scheduled for
Jan 1, 1601.  The calendar will only scroll back to April of 1601, so I can't
figure out how to delete it.  It won't let me dismiss it because it says the
parameters are wrong.  Any help?
