We have a limited amount of space on our Exchange server for each user, so I
try to keep you inbox size down, My calendar size is larger than my inbox.  
Do I really have to go in and clean out our calendar folders?  Some of the
things in our calendars are recurring and some are ...

Has anyone experience before old reminders keep poping out once every few
months ?

Need to copy Outlook (v.2003) calendar data into same prog on a non internet
pc.
and update each month.

When I create a new appointment in Outlook2007, the results are not reflected
in a subsequent search.  Even closing out of Outlook does not solve the
problem.  Only after rebooting the computer does Outlook recognize the event.
What is the issue?  I do have the item closed and ...

I made the mistake of archiving my calendar on Outlook & would like to
reverse  or cancel that action.  How do I get it downloaded to my PDA? or
just cancel the archiving tool?

I have reinstalled all the palm software, I have updated the conduits, I have
done soft and hard resets on my palm.  The problem remains: when I do a hot
sync, everything syncs except the outlook calendar.

I copied my .pst file from work to install at home and the calendar will not

Hi - I accepted a recurring appointment from a collegue.  I need to decline
one occurrence (something I've done many times before) but when I try I get
the following message.
"Cannot reschedule an occurrence of the recurring appointment "Germany:

I would like to retrieve auto-archived items from my calendar.  Is it
possible to do that?  If so, how?  (I did not realize my calendar was set to
Auto-Archive after six months.  I have set it so that it will not archive at
all in the future.)

i have outlook express but want outlook for the calendar.  how do i get
outlook, and then do i have to reconfigure my computer for outlook as opposed
to express?

I'm a personal user of Outlook with anywhere between 4 personal computers
(don't ask why, they all do have a purpose). I'd like to have a shared
calendar that is accessed by each computer where each can view and edit the
calendar.
