We often have to calendar out 90/120 days, for example. Is there an easy way with Outlook to find out that date without having assistants count individual dates?

When I change the current time zone in OWA, appointments/meetings do not update. However, the appointments shift properly through a SamrtPhone and Outlook. Anyone know why OWA is not updating the appointments?

We are running Outlook Web Access on an Exchange Server. There are no "standard" entries in the Calendar. Can we insert standard entries for General Holidays, Corporate Events etc that would then be included automatically on the Calendars of All Users

when I look in "By Category" view, appointment is there but dates show as "none". Done all the usual stuff, reboot, run all *clean commands, deleted "frmcache.dat" and reinstalled office.

Office Xp- my outlook pst files have maxed out. help says clear unwanted content to reduce file size. I cannot open files to copy/move or delete. I would like to back up or create an additional file or save to CD, but i cannot access into pst files.

Ok, I plagiarized the title from some one else but it is accurate. I currently have an Exchange 2003 server with calendars that people can access. Now, they would like to have some of these calendars as resources they can manage.
