Dear members, I'm using the functions Find and FindNext from Outlook object model to get some appointments from Outlook calendar. My goal is to show the searchresult (received appointments) within Outlook like a resultlist.

Currently when showing the time for an all day event on the calendar it defaults to Free. Too many people at our company forget to change this to Out of the Office. Is there a way to change the default on individual computers?
