We utilize a shared Outlook 2003 calendar to schedule deliveries. There is a single calendar for three drivers. Is there a way to limit the number of concurrent appointments that are scheduled for a given time period? This would prevent overbooking deliveries/drivers.

cannot use a hotlink in the text of an outlook email I get an error message saying contact your administrator. This is a recent occurance and I as the administrator have made no changes.
