We utilize a shared Outlook 2003 calendar to schedule deliveries.
There is a single calendar for three drivers.  Is there a way to limit
the number of concurrent appointments that are scheduled for a given
time period?  This would prevent overbooking deliveries/drivers.

I was recently forced to upgrade from Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003.  In
Outlook 2000, whenever I printed the calender in month format, the
appointments would automatically wrap to match the size of the date box.  
When I print in Outlook 2003, the appointment prints only to the ...

The firm I work for is using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003.  In one of our
office locations they use a public calendar to docket case filings, etc...
and there could be up to 20 entries or more on one day.  On one computer you
may only be able to see some of the appointments and ...

Is it possible to share a Calendar/Contacts over a LAN rather than the
internet?

I would like to send an email out to a list of external contacts. I'd like to
know if it's possible to embed a calendar event in the email which updates
the recipients calendar when they click on it -assuming they have outlook

Using Outlook in Office 2003, is it possible to delete items in my calendar
so that they are automatically saved in an archive calendar instead of being
totally deleted?

I want to put a reminder to do a task on a specific day on my calendar. How

I get an error message saying contact your administrator.  This is a recent

When I create a meeting request I can enter attendies in the TO field. My
question is if it's possible to copy someone on this meeting request that I
am creating.
