There is a (1) beside my Calendar icon. For other folders, I interperet this number as unread messages, but this meaning makes no sense with the Calendar icon. I have checked all my appointments, and can find nothing wrong. Help! What does it mean?

I am using Outlook 2007 (Beta 2) and I am having troubles with the task function of the program. Everytime I make a new task the automaticallt duplicates the task. I never had these problems with 2003. Has anybody had any problems similar to this or have any remidies.

I want to create an appointment for someone else, but not attend the meeting myself. Whenever I create an appointment it makes me the "meeting organizer" and does not let me remove myself from the attendee list. I am currently using Outllook 2003
