Can meeting organizer "force" a reply to meeting requests?28 Aug 2006 19:35 GMT5
I know that you can disable "Request Responses" in a meeting request so
invitees won't respond, but can I do the opposite?  That is, can I "force"
them to respond to a meeting request, apart from creating a custom form?

When I set up appoints to send out I want to bypass my Mircrosoft Exchange
Server and use another email server within outlook.  Can this be done, and

A user has added some users from ther GAL in the local Contacts list. As
such, now he cannot see their Free Busy schedule when he tries to set up an
appointment with them.
We tested by removing one of the users from the local contacts list, and now

Why not provide all Outlook users with a simple availalble down load to post
current holidays (with & without Lunar / moon data) to their calendars? As it
stand now MS has ABANDONED ITS LONGSTANDING GOOD O/L CUSTOMERS by not making
available downloadable Calendar holidays so ...

when booking an appointment in outlook  it is easy to forward to find a
suitable place and then pack to present.  It is easy to get weeks confused
and book meetings for example for last wednesday instead of last wednesday.

I am getting the following error in outlook:  "There is a problem reading one
or more of your reminders.  Some reminders may not appear.  Cannot locate
recurrence information for this appointment."  How can I resolve this?  Any
