I'd like to know if it's possible (with the least amount of user actions) to achieve this: - A users enters an appointment in a public folder based calendar and wants this appointment to be 'copied' to his own calendar automagically.

Hi all... Couldn't find a group for the Journal feature. I'd like to be able to add other apps for tracking via the Journaling feature, but only the four Office apps are available in Outlook 2002. Is there any easy way to do this?

How do I stop Outlook 2003 automatically setting a reminder when I create a calendar entry for date/time that is already in the past? I want reminders to be automatically set for future date/time entries. This worked fine in Outlook 2000, but I can't find any option for this in

For some reason my reminders are not popping up any more. I'm not sure if I changed some obscure setting or what. I've already tried checking tools/options/advanced/reminder options. I thought it might have something to do with my pop up blocker on IE but turning that off ...

Just set shared calendar (Using Exchange from SBS 2003 and outlook 2003). All works well in that I can see from a single shared calendar all the appointments from all the users who have entered their appoinments.

I am used to copying calandar items to other days by control-dragging them to the new day on the calendar grid. That does not seem to work in beta 2. I am in view a week at a time view, if that makes a difference.

Not really sure how to explain this. I have a user with Outlook 2002. When she views her calendar, I guess she gets confused as to which day she is on and would like to know if it is possible to put an X or a / or something through the previous day. Does that make sense? I ...
