I travel accross the international date lines frequently ... for example
leaving Tokyo at 9:40PM and arriving into Chicago on the sI have been unable
to insert such a schedule into Outlook .... same calendar date at 9:15PM
.....  The program says that I am inserting a time ...

Due to work requirements, I view a couple dozen calendars.  The Calendars for
resources show up in "Other Calendars" and the ones for people show up in "My
Calendars."

Hi there.  I'm new to groups and postings, so forgive me if I'm doing

under a group. We don't seem to be able to display more than 6 all day events
and the only way to find the ones that are hidden is by doing a search for

'B' onbehalf of 'A' books an appoinment on outlook calender, and invite
5 more people.

Hello Friends,
I am getting this error message "Unable to open free/busy information", when
we try to moidy or Create any new appointment in shared calander. Only two
persons are able to do it.

When scheduling appointments using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003 there are
some people whose calendars seem to be free of any appointments but I know
they have appointments. What might be causing this and how can I get it fixed
so I can see their appointments?

I've created an additional calendar in my mail.  I've shared it and setup
permissions on it.  How to other's view it?  When you go to open other user's
folder all that shows is the one caldendar that is default.
