How can I set up a recurring meeting that meets the first and third Thursday. say, of each month? I set up two sets of meetings, one that meets the first, and another that meets the third thursday of each month, but that is a pain, and is confusing.

I wish I could syncronize my Outlook and MSN calendars without having to copy & paste from one to another or have both up in my Outlook. When I am not at my computer and I want to check my MSN calendar i can't be sure it's up-to-date.
