We have been manually cutting-and-pasting (then photocopying for a master) a printout of our Outlook Calendar into the newsletter for years. (Then it is reproduced on a high speed copier.) We cannot figure out how to export the monthly calendar from Outlook into the MS

I have used other CRM programs. When you complete a meeting it will show a strikethrough that meeting and let you put notes and then either schedule a follow up meeting, call, etc. Has anyone tried doing something like this Outlook? I did not want to go

I was in calender. I looked up someones name in Find. I got a list of 2000 incidenses of the name. Now I'm stuck with the list, how do I get back to the page with the calender on it.

I want to define a custom view. So, I go to View - Arrange By - Current View - Customize Current View. I want to define some user-defined fields. I go to Fields | Change user-defined fields. It is empty. (duh)
