I have created a new calendar called soccer schedule.   How do I enable my
assistant to view this from her outlook account on the exchange server.  
I have already given the correct permissions.

My public calendar will display 15all day events and all additional events
are hidden.  How can I view them all?

I have been given requirements to setup an executives calendar so that no
meetings show up on it that are not approved by a delegate or put on there by
specific people.  I originally setup this up using a server side rule on the
inbox that deleted all incoming meeting requests ...

Is there any drawback to having my calendar information history go back
forever?  Does keeping all that old information slow anything down?   If so,
is there a way to tell the system to only retain 6 months of history like we
do for free/busy time in the future?

Why is it that when I put in Conference Room as a resource in my invites in
Outlook, I never get to see any information about it’s availability?

As a project manager, I plan and attend quite a few meetings.  One of the
keys to hosting an effective meeting is to set an agenda.  I feel that this
can be facilitated by MS Outlook as it is one of the standards in the

in the month view of the calendar I want to show all of the subject details
of an appointment, not just part of it. Any ideas?

On my calendar, an all day event shows as 12:00 am with the name of the
event. (Example: 12:00 am Valentine's Day instead of just Valentine's Day).
How can I change it to only show the all day event?

The Add button in the Outlook Master Category List is disabled.  How can the
Add button be enabled so that the Master Category List can be expanded?

Using Outlook 2003 - Is there any way to sort the calendar by labels? For
instance, if I create a new appointment, the list of labels would be
Important, Business, Personal, Vacation, Must Attend, etc.
