Is there any drawback to having my calendar information history go back forever? Does keeping all that old information slow anything down? If so, is there a way to tell the system to only retain 6 months of history like we do for free/busy time in the future?

Why is it that when I put in Conference Room as a resource in my invites in Outlook, I never get to see any information about it’s availability? I see everyone else’s info, but not the conference room. Can this be fixed?

when our secretary adds meetings to the office calendar (she is the only one with permission to add) it displays on my calendar differently then others in the office. It adds a "clock" symbol, which makes it very difficult to read the calendar.

On my calendar, an all day event shows as 12:00 am with the name of the event. (Example: 12:00 am Valentine's Day instead of just Valentine's Day). How can I change it to only show the all day event?
