I have created a user (userA) who's calendar is shared to everyone in
the company. While logged into userA's mailbox, I have created several
customized views for its calendar. Is there anyway I can make these
views available to other users in the company? Ideally when they open

Is there anyway to give permissions to a public contact list on an
individual basis so that a person can view the entire contact list but only
add and edit his or her own contacts?

Google has a calendar which can be shared among friends or family members.  
Why can't MS enable users to share calendars without having the MS Exchange

On Outlook Calendar, there used to a command to "save and close" a new appt.
with one click.  It's gone now and I'm trying to put it back on the tool bar.
It was in the upper left-hand corner.  Thanks!
