I would like to be able to print out and see the extra notes that I type
into the appointment.  Is this possible?

are you notified of reminders if the program is not running? If yes, is there
a setting I need to turn on.  my reminders don't appear unless I open the

I am out of the office every other Friday.  Is there anyway to set up the Out
of Office Agent to automatically turn on every other Friday, or do I have to
manually go in and set to "I am out of the office."?

I am often asked by our Outook users why does Outlook give us this option
when canceling meetings. I haven't found a way to turn it off and force users
always to send a cancellation and updates...so why do we give them the option
in Outlook?
