I would like to be able to print out and see the extra notes that I type
into the appointment.  Is this possible?

are you notified of reminders if the program is not running? If yes, is there
a setting I need to turn on.  my reminders don't appear unless I open the

I am out of the office every other Friday.  Is there anyway to set up the Out
of Office Agent to automatically turn on every other Friday, or do I have to
manually go in and set to "I am out of the office."?

Anyone know if I can synchronize "alternate" calendars with my Palm Pilot?  I
set up an alternat calendar for my personal items, but none of them are
showing after I hot sync w/ my Palm.  Is there a way to do this, or do I need
