Ok, I have read the posts regarding the Date Navigator in this group and have been able to solve most of my questions. One issue that remains to be resolved though, is several staff have their date navigator on the left of their screen and are able to resize

I succeeded in adding holidays to my default calendar but can not get them to appear on personal calendars. If I try to add them, they are duplicated in the default calendar.

Does Outlook 2003 support sending a message to a pager as a reminder for an appointment? Our paging system will accept an email as the reminder, it will then convert this over to the paging system and send it out like any other page.

I am wanting to print a daily calendar with tasks for the day. I have a list of recurring tasks for the week but want it to only print that single days tasks. When I print preview it shows all my tasks for the entire week.

In Office XP, is there a way to have multiple email profiles, but share the calendar (and contact and task) information across the profiles so that particular information is visible regardless which email account is involved?

How do I force all appointments I either create or receive to automatically have a 15 minute reminder? The Tools -> Options -> Preferences -> Calendar -> Default Reminder setting doesn't seem to do this. The Outlook help says this:

I have a user with Outlook 2003 running on Windows XP who gets No Information found when they click on "Click here to add a name" to add a person to the scheduling. If they go to the bottom and choose "Add Others" it works fine. We have an exchange server.

What is the purpose of having archive folders.(ex.notes in archive f. tasks in archive f. calendar...) What will be the difference if i put task in the archive folder. Why outlook offers this option?

I am using outlook 2003. Is it possibly to send a message which user should recieve on a specific date and time. For example, sending greetings on birthdays and other imp events.
