Appointments are disappearing from my Outlook 2000 calendar. I think it may
be that the Blackberry is deleting old calendar appointments to save memeory.
This is okay but I don't want the appointments to disappear from Outlook. Any
one know how to set up the synchronization to ...

Am I able to access my outlook calendar on any computer that has outlook?  
I'm not dealing with networks, or trying to share my calendar with other
people, but if I add items to my calendar on outlook at home, am I going to
be able to access that on a different computer?

i need to email my schedules from outlook to my friend who has outlook
express.  How can i do it??

One user is invited to a meeting personally, for some reason outlook invites
everyone as a required attendee from the group that are editors to his
calendar.
Example: user1 has a group called editors1 that can modify his calendar.

I changed "view" in calendar in order to get rid of multiple holidays.  Now I
can't get the "view" back to the normal screen view of outlook calendar.

I have created an excel spread sheet that describes the task /start date/end
date. I would like to have the decribtion written into the start day thru the
end date with some highlite bar showing the duration

You could condense weekend days on the 2003 calendar (under 'other settings"
when you right click while in monthly layout), but I cannot find a way to do
that in 2007 beta.  Does anyone know how this format change can be made in 07?

Hi - I have a calendar and a task list in a public folder which I would like
to print together in the tri-fold style. However, I get the error:
The TaskPad could not be printed because there is not an associated tasks
folder or you do not have permission to view it.

Why do my holidays stop at 2005?  Is there an update to get holidays for 2006

I have been using outlook 2003 and saving entries on my calendar, but all of
a sudden it wont let me save anything on it now.  Are there any settings that

I am using MS Office 2003 Pro Edition. I used Office XP SP2 also. But in both
cases in using MS Outlook, while I type any subject/appointment/any points in
"Calender", and then i want to save, it does not work. It hangs up for a few

I am a student and want to be able to track 2 different things. I want to

want to have another calendar to track my assignments, basicly just another

Is it possible to create a single view of multiple calendars?  In addition, I
want to be able to synchronize both calendars with a Palm Treo phone.

The questions come up in an order that I don't understand.  They obviously
are not in the date order that they were posted originally.
Is there a way I canget them to be sorted by original posting date?
