I've read a lot of posts instructing us to right click and drag to the calendar an email to open the appointment dialog box with the email/message body already included. Isn't there a way to have Outllook also populate the 'invite attendees' list

From our kids' two schools, we have a whole school year worth of athletic, social and school dates to input into Outlook. Is there a way that the schools can send a file with the dates that can be imported by Outlook Calendar?

In Outlook 2003 in the month view on the first of each month it says August 1 and 1 augustus (Dutch) on the left and right side of each day (right, not a whole lot of room for that). Also (probably related) in the print-out of one month per page, it says
