I've read a lot of posts instructing us to right click and drag to the
calendar an email to open the appointment dialog box with the email/message
body already included.
Isn't there a way to have Outllook also populate the 'invite attendees' list

From our kids' two schools, we have a whole school year worth of athletic,

How to link multiple calendars instead of inputing the same data in each?

In Outlook 2003 in the month view on the first of each month it says August 1

I have a meeting rom set up as a resource and it automatically accepts
meeting requests. It does not decline if another meeting is already booked.
