How do I delete multiple events/meetings on the Outlook Caldenar?

We have two conference rooms that have two resources for scheduling.  One
resource is no longer employed by us but her email is still active and
forwarding to her boss.  A replacement employee has been added as a resource

I would like to set up a reminder 3 days and 1 day before an appointment in
outlook calnedar. Can this be done?

At my office, there is a master calendar and each user has their own
calendar.  How do you copy the master calendar to my own calendar so I can
sync it on my pocket pc? Or, where is the master calendar stored?

I am running office 2007 and just loaded TR, prior to loading the TR I was
able to see everyone's free / busy information, now just hash marks.  We are
using exchange 2000.  I did reinstall everything because I also upgraded from
Vista Pre-RC to RC 5600, any ideas out there?

At one time, syncing gave the option of asking me what to do to resolve any
conflict it encountered while syncing.  I cannot find this anywhere now.  I

Outlook should capture the employee's start time and stop time (daily work
schedule) with the employee profile information so that others can have the
