I have used the label colors in the calendar view, but when I try to use the
events view to sort activities the labels reflect the windows defaults,
red=important, yellow=phone call.  Can I get the labels to change in the
table views or am I stuck with the default categories?

I need to set default calendar authorization as Reviewer for all the users
in a Exchange domain. Outlook version is 2000, Exchange version is 2003.
Is there a way to do this automatically via script or policy?

I have tried to "send to Outlook" a flight itinerary from aa.com.  I keep
getting an error message that it cannot be imported.  I have downloaded SP3
for Office but I read that there is an additional hotfix that will enable me
to import calendar events that were more than likely ...

I think it used to show this at the bottom - now I can't see the number of
days left in the year.

I know how to schedule something for 3rd Friday or every other Tuesday etc
