I am hoping to use outlook to organise a calendar with 3 different items
listed; is this possible, and if it is, how do you customise the page to

here at work we are using Exchange and have 3 computers sharing a
public calendar and have extensive recurring calendar appointments to

I'm getting frustrated with the fact that if you change anything about a
reccurrance, it changes even past-dated reccurrances.  is there any way to

The times and date is shown as text and there are no boxes to click in.
The only way I can see is to delete the whole entry and type it again.

Over the last few days when I try to create a new appointment in Calendar
(Outlook 2002) i receive a message:
"the form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator".

I have tried the inviting attendees option in outlook 2003 and sending the
invitation by e-mail to a friend who similarly has 2003.  In my outbox I see
how the e-mail should look with accept, decline etc.  All they get is an
e-mail full of text and difficult to decipher.

I am trying to open calendars that are shared in a Public Folder on
Exchange2003.  I can't find <any> information on how to add the calendar to
the Address list so I can find it under the Name button when you want to
open it under Outlook2003.

I would like to view the daily schedule from 8:00 to 7:00 without having to
scroll down.  I can't figure out how to customize the view (other than by
time increments which really doesn't help any.)

Somehow I have multiple calendar and contact folders,  and when I right click
on them the "delete" is grayed out.  How do I delete these?
I have had problems with my email receiving and sending, after I worked
through those problems, I lost my current calendar and contacts.  When ...
