I have set up an Outlook Calendar on the network and I would like to set up a default view for all users. I've set up the desired view, but I can't figure out how to make it the default view for others who open the calendar.

So my project team wants a group calendar. This should be a no brainer. Exchange/OL2003. It seems that I can share *my* calendar, but when I create a *new* calendar folder in OL, there is a sharing/permissions tab on the properties dialog,

I've got to send out an email to over one hundred people and ask them to sign up for over ten classes that will be offered over the course of a week. I there a way I can set up a calendar with the meetings and have people pick which class they want?

When arranging a meeting using webmail clicking the 'availability' button results in a '503 Service unavailable' error. (in mozilla) When using IE you recieve a different error 'the service is no longer available'

I don't have an exchange server. And really don't need one. But this is what I am trying to do. If some one sends me a e-mail with an apointment attached to it. how do I import it to my calendar. Then have it work with reminders and all other functions.

I want to send an appointment with reminder about a monthly activity. This will be sent to approximately 60 users. I do not want them to be able to do anything but ACCEPT the appointment. Can the decline and tentatively decline options be removed from this appointment?

Add an event to Outlook 2003 with "Out of office". Export that event to .vcs file. Double ckick on that file, the status shown of that event is "Busy". How do I set "Show time as" to "Out of office"? Thanks in advance

I am using MS outlook 2003 and Exchange server. Is there a way of determining how much space my mailbox is taking? (not just individual items but a total for all mail). We have a set space we can use and I want to know how much I have left or at least how much I have used.
