I have set up an Outlook Calendar on the network and I would like to set
up a default view for all users. I've set up the desired view, but I
can't figure out how to make it the default view for others who open the
calendar.

So my project team wants a group calendar.  This should be a no brainer.  
Exchange/OL2003.  
It seems that I can share *my* calendar, but when I create a *new* calendar
folder in OL, there is a sharing/permissions tab on the properties dialog,

When in a work week view, how do you page to the next work week?

In my Calendar I have a (1) next to my Calendar. What does this mean?

I've got to send out an email to over one hundred people and ask them to sign
up for over ten classes that will be offered over the course of a week.  I
there a way I can set up a calendar with the meetings and have people pick
which class they want?

When arranging a meeting using webmail clicking the 'availability' button
results in a '503 Service unavailable' error. (in mozilla)
When using IE you recieve a different error 'the service is no longer
available'

I don't have an exchange server. And really don't need one. But this is what
I am trying to do. If some one sends me a e-mail with an apointment attached
to it. how do I import it to my calendar. Then have it work with reminders
and all other functions.

By extending the functionality of the Out of Office Assistant it will be
possible to autmatically activate it. Just let the user enter some reasons
for being out of the office and connect it to the Out of Office Assistant.

When I send an appointment I designate the invitation as optional for
invitees who should know about the meeting but do not have to attend, such as
senior management. But, what I would really like to do is copy them without
inviting them. Does anyone know if that is possible ...

How do I highlight the current day of the week in the calendar?

I want to send an appointment with reminder about a monthly activity.  This
will be sent to approximately 60 users.  I do not want them to be able to do
anything but ACCEPT the appointment.  Can the decline and tentatively decline
options be removed from this appointment?

I set my standard calendar view to the 5 day (work week) setting.
Whenever I recieve a meeting invitation and click on the the preview
Calendar button to review my calendar, Outlook always displays that preview
in 1-Day mode. In fact, I can see it switch from my 5 day setting to ...

I somehow managed to split my calendar into tw; one a subfile.  I believe it
happened with my palm pilot.  But, I need to put my calendars back together
into just one.  I have tried in import but it would not let me because the
file names are the same so I duplicated the calender ...

Add an event to Outlook 2003 with "Out of office". Export that event to .vcs
file. Double ckick on that file, the status shown of that event is "Busy".
How do I set "Show time as" to "Out of office"?

I am using MS outlook 2003 and Exchange server. Is there a way of
determining how much space my mailbox is taking? (not just individual items
but a total for all mail). We have a set space we can use and I want to know
how much I have left or at least how much I have used.
