No matter how I set the default reminder time (5 min, 15 min, etc.), whenever I start a new appointment the reminder defaults to 18 hours. Outlook 2003. Any ideas why my setting won't "stick"?

I was searching the Discussion Group database on customizing the appointment form, and came across a reply from Sue Mosher with links to the website www.outlookcode.com. The website stated that you cannot customize the first page of the appointment form.
