is there a way to tune outlook, that it will show the work week (or maybe the whole week) when I switch to the calendar view? Currently outlook shows usually the current day and I need an extra click for the workweek.

I recently created a resource calendar in AD and set the calendar to "Auto Accept" all meeting invites. It seems to work, except when someone forwards a meeting request to that calendar, it will not accept it automatically.

When I shared my calendar, the times of the events are all different - just trying to move it from one main computer to laptop and put it in sharing folder, opened it on the laptop, and the times are off by hours - could it be a time zone issue and where do I fix that?

I am based in London and work for a Company with HQ in California with a sales team spread from Paris to Moscow. Is there ever going to be an option that allows Outlook to set the fixed timezone time for a meeting?

Because an error in my Mobile PC I have synchronized from my Mobile PC to my PC a not updated schedule meeting. This new schedule deleted the old one, that was updated . There is any way to restore the previous data? Thanks you.

I've backed up my Outlook (2003) using the utlity and I'm able to access that file. I've reloaded outlook and want to copy all of the entries from the old calendar to the new calendar. How do I do this please? Thanks
