How would a user open up other calendars in a seperate window at startup? I have a user who has 8 calendars she needs to view and these need to be opened at startup and also in their own windows. Wheather its a syntac or server entry please assist.

I have been trying to figure out where the setting for showing past meetings in the calendar is set. I know that free/busy can be changed at Calendar options but this doesn't seem to affect meetings in the past (only in the future).

A user in our organisation has pointed out that if someone invites him to an appointment, it is immediately added to his calendar. (If he accepts it remains & if he declines its removed). If however no responce is send back then it remains in his calendar.
