None of my meetings that show on my calendar appear as "busy" or "out of office" to others. I tried the troubleshootiing to refresh the free/busy option, but the free/busy link is greyed out. Also, it doesn't appear that I can "Apply" any changes in Outlook.

I just purchased a cell phone/pda with a calendar capability. I have synced my outlook calendar with my telephone. Now, I want my secretary to be able to imput data to my outlook calendar on my computer from another computer in my office LAN. How do I do that?

Suddenly I have lost the ability to drag and drop appointments and tasks to future dates within my Outlook calendar. How can I re-enable the feature? I have used the software for years, but other users (spouse) may have disabled the drag and drop feature by accident.
