O.S: Windows XP SP2 MS Office: Office 2003. Whenver someone sends me meeting notices, my calendar gets updated automatically without any alert to accept or reject the notice.

I have observed my Outlook calendaring system place an event on a calendar prior to the event actually being accepted. Currently I do NOT have these profiles automatically accept/reject requests for reasons too numerous to mention.

I suggest the use of more then one reminder for calendar dates. I personlly like to remind myself up to one week before an event and then 1 to 3 days before. This is especially great for Anniversaries and Birhtdays. Please see if this can be added in the future. I would then ...
