Whenver someone sends me meeting notices, my calendar gets updated
automatically without any alert to accept or reject the notice.

I used to use location to identify what is essentially the category of the
appointment; I switched to categories because the number of locations limit
is inadequte. The thing I liked about the location was that it showed up in

I have observed my Outlook calendaring system place an event on a calendar
prior to the event actually being accepted.
Currently I do NOT have these profiles automatically accept/reject requests
for reasons too numerous to mention.

We are running Outlook 2003 w/Exchange Server.  
I am trying to have a group calendar to track meetings & availability.  I
want to send meeting invitations to my group, put meetings on the group
calendar, as well as my personal calendar, track meeting responses, book

I want to have a set template for every day on my calendars, like a set form
to just fill in.

I have read several posts where there are responses explaining how to do this
but I don't seem to have the same options. I understand that the main
calendar sharing has to be set to at least reviewer, which I've done. But
it's this part that is confusing to me:

How do I add the mileage field to the form that comes up for ANY new

Opening my Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 Pro I get this pop up/message: An

I suggest the use of more then one reminder for calendar dates. I personlly
like to remind myself up to one week before an event and then 1 to 3 days
