I had a recurring meeting set up on my calendar that was rescheduled with a
separate appt for the same time and recurrence.  It was long ago, but I
believe I received a cancellation notice and I clicked 'Remove from

Our mail server is not MS Exchange, and I am needing to be able to access my
boss' calendar in Outlook from my pc.  How can we do this?

I have been entering a large number of birthdays in our family calendar and
catagorized the entire list incorrectly.  Is there a way to change them all
at once or do I have to do it individually?

I can no longer set or open appointments on my calender in Outlook 2003.  Any
suggestions on how to fix this?

Every time I create an appointment, I wish for sensitivity to be private,
and reminder to be inactive. How do I do this??

How do you configure Outlook to inform you of conflicting appointments and
especially if the appointmets are re-ocurring, i.e. when they conflict etc

My boss would like to be able to save his calendar at work and take it home
to load there and vice a versa is there a way to do that?

BUT.... i programed my computer with (GMT -5 Eastern Time (US & Canada)
Without checking the Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes.  

When I connect to another person's calendar I see a clock icon on some of the
entries.  What does that mean?  What does the symbol stand for?

meeting, if your mouse is over the "blue" line displaying that they are busy
during a specific time, it will display the subject of what the meeting is
about (information from the other person's calendar). ...

I try to send appointments to and from work but the email arrives at both
