Hi Iam trying to find information for how to overcome a couple of
limitations with Outlook Web Accesss (OWA) that we can do on Outlook
2003 SP2. If anyone knows of any workarounds or planned features or
just anywhere where I could get the info that would help.

Does anyone know how long Outlook/Exchange retains a users calendar
appointments for? Is there a time limit, e.g. two months, three months, etc?

How do I go about adding 2007 company holidays automatically to all staff
calendars on our network?  We would like to eliminate staff the time they
spend doing it themselves.

The Outlook 2002 holiday dates expire this year.  How do I add years beyond
2006?

Am new to Outlook, want to set up employee holiday chart, I assume setting up
a calendar for this is best way .  I want to record days taken and days
remaining for each person (there are 10 in total) if possible.  Would
appreciate ideas/help. Thanks

I just moved from Lotus Notes to Office 2003.  In Notes, I could create a
recurring meeting using custom dates.   This was helpful for meetings with a
group of people where the first meeting might be on the first Thursday, the
second meeting on the second Tuesday, etc.  Notes ...

My calendar always opens with a list of recurring events.  I have been unable
to change this to get it to open with a normal calendar view.  Thank you for
any help on this.

Since everyone starts meetings at the top of the hour and ends them at the
top of the hour, people are constantly late for the 'next meeting' -
regardless if they had one or not. I always start my meetings at 5 minutes
after the hour or half hour. This ads time to the scheduling ...

I can create an appointment and set the time that I want it to notify me, and
it does not alert me at that given time.

Recurring meeting symbol is a circle, but what does a circle with a line

Our company and organization has people in many time zones.  Whenever someone
posts an all day event to our group who is in a different time zone, Outlook
changes that event to span multiple days.  This messes up the other peoples
calendar making it look like a multiple day ...

I would like to synchronize the office public calendar and contact folder
with my private calendar and contact folder in order to be able to then
wirelessly synchronize my private folders with my Q phone.

I use three calendars. Two of them always open in appointment view. I have to
open the calendar up that opens in calendar view then open up the other
calendar and it opens in calendar view. Please help this is driving me nuts!
