Is it possible to schedule a meeting for a group or individual and not allow them to accept or decline the appointment while automatically adding the appointment to their personal calendar. We are using Exchange 2003 Enterprise edition.

I am trying to figure out how to change the outlook calendar from reading (ex: 11 2006 to November 2006). It always used to be November 2006 and recently everything is numerical when I view it on the screen and print it. I can not find any way to change it back. Please help.
