Why?

Hi, I'd like to set up our (enterprise) Outlook 2003 to notify only for
calendar items, and not mail items.  Is this possible?  If not, is it
possible to set this up on individual mailboxes?  This will keep the
notifications at a minimum - not appearing for email, only appearing ...

We have a shared calendar the tracks all of our conference rooms. When
a meeting is created on this public calendar whoever opens it to see
who set up the meeting now becomes the "meeting organizer".  This is a
problem because the reason someone would look for that information is

Is it possible to schedule a meeting for a group or individual and not allow
them to accept or decline the appointment while automatically adding the
appointment to their personal calendar. We are using Exchange 2003 Enterprise
edition.

I am trying to figure out how to change the outlook calendar from reading
(ex: 11 2006 to November 2006).  It always used to be November 2006 and
recently everything is numerical when I view it on the screen and print it.  
I can not find any way to change it back.  Please help.
