I don't keep Outlook open all the time. I there an option that will allow
reminder pop ups if Outlook is not Open?

Can you please add rules for hotmail accounts in Outlook or do I need to code
it myself. It seems crazy that you can move messages between subfolders in
the Hotmail folder manually, but can't set it up automatically.

Is there any way of displaying the time slots in a 7 day week view.
The 1 day and 5 day working week view show these and I would find the
same feature in a 7 day view useful.

When scheduling a conference room in Outlook 2003 as a resource not an
attendee, will the resource/conference room appear in the attendee list on

We use a variety of Outlook versions (97, 2000, 2003) and OSs (2000, XP).
When I go to schedule a meeting and pull any of the conference rooms in as a
resource the time line displays the No Information symbol beginning Jan 1,

I have the Tmobile Dash and Active Sync 4.2. Some of my recurring calendar
items are not syncing with my Dash (WM Smartphone edition). Even though
Active Sync says the calendar it synced- a few of the recurring items are not
showing up on my Dash calendar.  How can I fix this?

We are using Outlook 2003 (Office 2003 Pro) with SBS2003 server.
Several of our users need to keep about 7 years of appointment history,
until about 2 years ago they did this with Hard Copy paper appointment
diaries.

I find it difficult to track when I invite 80 people on a monthly basis. It
would be nice if one can export or print the Tracking tab in the Calendar. It
would also be nice if the Response Tab can be sorted.

We have had an employee leave, and would like to change the organizer on
meetings she arranged, can this be done?  From what I have read for the past
4 hours is that this can not be done.  Does anyone have a possible work
around for this.

Why can't I read my notes when viewing an appointment in 1 day view?

I sync my  blackberry with my laptop with a usb cable but calendar only shows
items from Nov. 14 up to now. I have about 8 months worth on my blackberry.
Also, is the usb cable necessary as I have a wireless router and i would like
to sync with my laptop wirelessly if possible.
