I want to create a subfolder calendar for Vacation on my Supervisors computer
so the payroll department (2 people) can view and keep track off vacations,
bereavement, jury duty, etc.  I do not want his main calendar shared just the
subfolder.  Is this possible?

I came from a Groupwise environment where if I sent out multiple appointments
(some reoccuring, some not), the receiver could click yes to all, instead of
having to accept each individual appointment.  Is there a way to do this in
Outlook?

When I enter birthdays in the contact cards, they always appear at recurring
events spanning 2 days in the month view of the calendar.  I can open the
series and reset the duration to one day, which pulls it back to one day but
upon closing/reopening outlook, all they all go back ...

1. Set up a new task for a person or a group of people.
2. The sender needs to be able to view the progress of all tasks easily

Can data in a "sub" calendar that has been created under someone's main
calendar be imported or copied to a public calendar in the all public
folders under public folders. I've tried both copying and importing and get
an error that says that the user doesn't haven't permission ...

User can not open invitations from her e-mail to accept or decline
invitations to meetings.
She cannot create or modify existing items in her calendar.
And, of course, it's all my fault!
