But can I merge, say six outlook user calendars so I see six user calendar events on one calendar? Having six calendars open can really crowd the screen. Especially when you like to view the entire month. Any ideas or fixes?

Sometimes when I am scheduling a meeting with others in my office, and i click on the Scheduling tab, i am unable to view if they are busy in their calendar. It appears just as a shaded out line of dashed lines, classed as "no information". Is there a reason for this?

How can I make a public folder that is a shared with all 10 people in my firm. All can write and read and chance the calender. If I locate a outlook file in our shared server, is the enough, or do I have to something else?
