Why do I have to clear cache about once per week?

Is it possible to specify an attendee as a resource in VCalendar format (ics
or vcs file)?  I have tried to save the appointment to a file, but it doesn't
seem to hold the attendee as a resource when I delete the appointment and try
to add it with the file.  I notice when ...

I am creating a new appointment.  When I desire to put in a location to use
over and over, I press on the drop down arrow.  Unfortunately, several in the
dropdown menu are either errors or no longer valid.  How do I eliminate no
longer needed locations from that drop down box ...

When I send the email it is in my sent file but is never received. Is the
file to big? Should I convert the pictures if so How ????

But can I merge, say six outlook user calendars so I see six user calendar
events on one calendar?  Having six calendars open can really crowd the
screen.  Especially when you like to view the entire month.  Any ideas or
fixes?

This is really annoying me at work and it only started doing it yesterday!
When I used scroll over an appointment in my calendar nothing would happen.
Now when I do it I get scroll over box appearing with all the details about

Sometimes when I am scheduling a meeting with others in my office, and i
click on the Scheduling tab, i am unable to view if they are busy in their
calendar. It appears just as a shaded out line of dashed lines, classed as
"no information". Is there a reason for this?

I work in a company with 6 people and we would like to share an outlook
calendar to check meetings of everyone.
How can I do that?

How can I make a public folder that is a shared with all 10 people in my
firm. All can write and read and chance the calender. If I locate a outlook
file in our shared server, is the enough, or do I have to something else?

Just a quick question, where has the compress weekend days gone in Outlook
2007? Am I being blind?

we're trying to import from google calendar to outlook calendar.  if we
choose to import via import/export wizard, we do not get a "replace
duplicates with items imported" option when we choose the "import an
icalendar etc" option..resulting in duplicate entries. it is ...

When I look at the September, October and some of November the appointments
have dissapeared.  How doI get these back.

For some reason I have to choose to either open calendar in archived folders
or calendar in personal folders everytime I click the icon to look at my
calendar! It all of a sudden has a green background (meaning the personal
folders) as well!  Anybody know how that happened and ...
