In the calendar/planner options, I can specify that I want to show calendar details in either the grid, a popup, or both. Problem is, it just doesn't seem to work. If I don't have my calendar shared, setting these options just desn't seem to work at all - the details are not ...

When i send a calendar meeting from the outlook to my phone (motorola razr) using the bluetooth, the meeting time advances by 5 hrs when sent to the phone- both my phone and laptop are set for ET time and by 6 hrs when sent to the phone - when my phone and laptop are in CT

An appointment saved as .ics format and sent from my home PC to another can there not be opened or saved as an .ics but only .msg format. Consequently, it will not be importet in the Outlook Calendar. Anything I can change with the settings?

Outlook gives 11 labels with colors to mark appointments in the calander. Is there a way to add several new ones? How can I add more since the ones that are there I already use. I use Outlook 2003.

I selected my preference to be reminded (Tools--Options--Preferences checked Default Reminder) I have also tried Tools--Options--Other--Advanced Options--Reminder Options checked display reminder and play reminder and choosen a reminder sound.

In the past week I've been to 100's of sites, subscribed to three forumns called MS and Palm help desks, emailed our IT consultant and wrote countless emails, PM's and the such and just can not get a straight answer (or at least one that I can understand).
