We have recently noticed that the location field is remembering items that
were typed in that field previously. Is there a way to delete all the old
stuff out of the field. I have a user who does not want the location field
to show the old stuff on the dropdown.

When calling for a meeting and searching for free hours on the other
participants calendars it would be  V E R Y  nice to be able to see the
saturdays and sundays marked up, eg. with another background color.

Recently had to reformat my HD, clean installed XP Home SP2 and reinstall
Office XP SP3 with all updates to everything.  Whenever I try to create an
appointment when the date or time drop down is clicked, it disappears when I

We use Outlook 2000 on a network, I have a user who wants to know if
it is possible for others to see her calendar and the appointments in
it, but she wants to prevent others from double clicking an
appointment to see the details within it since they may contain

Everyone here can see everyone else's calendars.  We discovered that if

When I print a monthly calendar in Outlook 2007, the events which span
multiple days (trips, etc.) won't print.  In some cases, but not all, the
printed copy shows a partial blank entry on the first day.  In most cases
other appointments are lower in the box for each day ...
