Can you import calendar appointments from the back up .pst file from Outlook
2003 into the default calendar in 2007 so that there is only one calendar in
2007 instead of the default plus the imported calendar?

I'm concerned.
I run 2003 server standard and have 40 users RDP into the server to run
their Outlook. They are all limited users via the Group Policy I set up -
they can't download/run "exe"s. We DO NOT run exchange server. Am I to assume

Whenever I try to add, modify, open any item in Calendar I get absolutely no
response at all. I right-click, go to the file menu to try and nothing. I can
view all my calendar events but that is about it. I use Outlook 2003,

I need to be able to export a calendar to an external person.  I have copied
the public folder to my calendar, but when I try to export to a csv file, it
just using 100% of my processor and shows the transferring files icon but it
just doesn't complete.

We use a Public Folder for scheduling meetings.  I have created a custom
form, so you fill out the information, add the Attendees (email addresses)
and send the invitation.  This works perfectly from the Outlook Client.

under outlook 2003 it was possible to have a label for a recurring meeting
but you were able to change the label for an individual occurance of this
meeting by opening that occurance and assigning a new label.
