Can you import calendar appointments from the back up .pst file from Outlook 2003 into the default calendar in 2007 so that there is only one calendar in 2007 instead of the default plus the imported calendar? Thx.

I am using Office 2007. When I recovered from my back-up, a (2) was on the end of my calendar.

I'm concerned. I run 2003 server standard and have 40 users RDP into the server to run their Outlook. They are all limited users via the Group Policy I set up - they can't download/run "exe"s. We DO NOT run exchange server. Am I to assume

We've set up Automatic Resource Booking with our Exchange 2003 SP2 environment. I've set up the Conference Rooms as their own mailboxes, set Default permissions to the Calendar to be Author, allowed for automatic replies.

Whenever I try to add, modify, open any item in Calendar I get absolutely no response at all. I right-click, go to the file menu to try and nothing. I can view all my calendar events but that is about it. I use Outlook 2003, Exchange Server 2003.

I need to be able to export a calendar to an external person. I have copied the public folder to my calendar, but when I try to export to a csv file, it just using 100% of my processor and shows the transferring files icon but it just doesn't complete.
