Outlook 2007 no longer bolds dates in the calendar in the navigation pane on the left when a particular day has an appointment. All previous verisons of Outlook back to 2000 did this. Is there any way to enable this feature?

How do you make meeting reminders appear on top of all other windows? Right now, only a flashing item appears in the tool bar.

When I make a change to an appointment, Outlook 2003 calendar automatically changes it to a weekly recurring appointment. How can I fix this? It is very annoying because I need to delete the appointment and re-enter it when I want to make a change.

The color scheme in Outlook makes different "Show Time As" (e.g. show time as Free) almost indistinguishable from Busy. It almost defeats the purpose. The bar on the left that indicating the type of the appointment should have a different color from the main appointment color.
