When printing a calendar using the tri-fold style, appointments prior to 7 AM (or after 6 PM) do not print in the main left-hand side view. Is there any way to change the time range of what appears in the Daily Calendar section?

I just got a new computer and I want to update my new Outlook calendar with all the information that I have stored in my old Outlook calendar. How do I get all the birthdays, anniversaries, etc. copied over to my new computer without having to manually enter them all again.

Is there any way to remove unwanted hours from outlook 2007, 12am - 6am as an example, to make my calendar shorter and fit on one page?

I would like to use outlook as a tickler without every item showing on the page for that day. Often I have 5 or 10 items on a given day, and they fill all the morning slots. The task list will set priorities but not by date, and everything shows every day.

We are currently testing out resource booking in outlook. We experience that all users who are permitted to book a resource and therefore can view the resources calendar, are able to see all details about all calendar items, not only the ones which one has booked themselves.

We currently have a shared calender that our team can see and put meetings and events within outlook. With Outlook 2003 the calender works fine but once we upgraded to 2007, it does not recognize the .xnk file extension.
