When printing a calendar using the tri-fold style, appointments prior to 7 AM
(or after 6 PM) do not print in the main left-hand side view. Is there any
way to change the time range of what appears in the Daily Calendar section?

I just got a new computer and I want to update my new Outlook calendar with
all the information that I have stored in my old Outlook calendar.  How do I
get all the birthdays, anniversaries, etc. copied over to my new computer
without having to manually enter them all again.

Is there any way to remove unwanted hours from outlook 2007, 12am - 6am as an
example, to make my calendar shorter and fit on one page?

Currently am using  in outlook2007.. i want to know where the outlook
data's are getting stored in the PC.. in sense i wnat to know the
outlook database where all the mail items, specially calendar items
are getting stored.. If anybody knows pls reply..

I have several calendars set up in exchange 2003 to be scheduled as
resources. My problem is that when someone cancels a meeting it does not get
deleted from the calendar. This leaves that time slot full until I (the
admin) have to go in and delete it. Is there a setting I am ...

Is it possible to create a meeting request, and after it is sent, and a
number of people have responded - change who the replies go to?  For example:
Sue was a receptionist - she then became a Project Manager.
Becky was hired and replaced Sue - Sue is still receiving meeting ...

Is it possible to accept an invitation to a meeting after declining it?  
Where would it be?  Not in deleted items folder, right?

I would like to use outlook as a tickler without every item showing on the
page for that day. Often I have 5 or 10 items on a given day, and they fill
all the morning slots. The task list will set priorities but not by date, and
everything shows every day.

I would like to invite a number of people for a meeting, however I would like
to keep their email addresses private.
I can't see a way to bcc the addresses.
Any ideas?

It would be a unique selling point for families using the same PC or home
networked PCs to be able to share their Outlook Calendars. I would like to be
able to set up meetings or appointments with my spouse and/or teenagers. I
would like to assign tasks to my teenagers or set up ...

We have an Exchange 2000 Server, our employees using outlook 2000/2003 with
personal folder. Everyone store everything in their personal folder, include
calendar.
My boss wants to share the calendar with a group of people. But as I know,

I would like to show the end time as well as the beginning time of
appointments in the month view.  I cannot figure out how to do this.  I'm
using Outlook 2007.

We are currently testing out resource booking in outlook. We experience that
all users who are permitted to book a resource and therefore can view the
resources calendar, are able to see all details about all calendar items, not
only the ones which one has booked themselves.

We currently have a shared calender that our team can see and put meetings
and events within outlook.  
With Outlook 2003 the calender works fine but once we upgraded to 2007, it
does not recognize the .xnk file extension.
