When entering a new appointment/event in Outlook calendar, I used to be able
to save it and close it with a one-click "Save and Close" command.  I can't
seem to find it anymore, and now have to click "Save" and then click "Close".

When i try to open my calendar in outlook 2007, i am unable to read
