I have quite a few reminders so when I open Outlook 2003, it takes a few
seconds for them all to appear (over 100). Now when I try opening Outlook,
the Reminder window will appear but then crash my computer halfway through
this operation. Any suggestions?

Is it normal that a new task, does not appear in the taskpad with a status

One of our secretary's manages about 20-25 calendars.
All the mailboxes are added to her outlook 2003 profile, thus displaying

Can I use forms in calendar (single user) to add user defined fields?  I Can
creat the fields in outlook but can't see how to
  a) create a form in calendar?
  b) then apply a custom field?

I have a number of clients that still use Lotus Notes and they can not read
the body of the meeting request. I can read the ones that they send me, but
theres are just a bunch of code(mess). I am using Outlook 2007 w/BCM.

I work at a church and most of our activities happen on Sunday and Wednesday.
Unfortunately the calendar displays "More Items" when we print it. Is there
