When I enter new appointments for '08 i get message that says it can not save
the new information and therefore the appointments are not accepted in my '08

How can I publish outlook 2003 calendars items to multiple users, without
accept or decline the calendar entry/invitation?, I would like to send
appointment/invitaions to multiple users with out creating a meeting request.
We do not want end user to accept or decline this ...

When i type it into my Motorola Q, and sync it wont save it over to the

Is there a history file that you can go back into outlook calendar and
view any changes that were made to the calendar itself.
Example: say a meeting time was orginally scheduled from 9:00-9:30
but then changed to a different time. But you need to see the date

I have added a numer of shared calenders in my outlook 2003 ( exchange )
when I start up outlook in the morning, I have to mark alle the shared
calenders in order to see them. Is ther a way so that they as default are

Hi we have this problem, that we dont know how to solve.

My calendar reminder has not worked for a couple of weeks now.  I have
checked its settings, and it is set to send the reminders.  I have tried:
Exit Outlook, click Start, point to Run, type outlook /cleanreminders, and

Tasks Issue Between Vista Ultimate/Outlook 2007 & Axim X51v/WM520 Feb 2007 05:00 GMT1
I upgraded to a new laptop with Vista Ultimate/Outlook 2007.  Moved old pst
file fine from Outlook 2003.  Had initial sync with WMDC with Axim X51v (WM5)

I am trying to print a monthly calendar from outlook's calendar view.  The
appointment line gets truncated. I would like this to wrap to a second line.  
I have removed "print end time" and have reduced the font size to 6, but I
cannot find a way to get the appointment to wrap.
