Suddenly I noticed that some of my "no day/all day" appointment bars now span
more days than they did before, and at either end of the bar there is a
picture of a clock, which was not there before.  What has happened?  What
does this mean?   Note that I sync calendar with Palm ...

Since the change to daylight savings time, all of the appointments in my
Outlook Calendar have shifted to one hour earlier than they should be.  How
can I fix this?

In our office we have a mixed install of Office 2003 and 2007, and we
have found that the calendar colours don't seem to be the same in one
folder between the versions.

I need to be able to export the data from the schedule into excel.
I know the export is straightforward from my own calendar but I can't find a

Whenever I create a new appointment in my calendar it automatically
creates a recurrence every week.

Running Outlook 2003 and Exchange 2003.
Apparently the server had automatic updates enabled and installed
critical updates which I guess included the DST, Outlook Calendar and
the Exchange update. So today out of nowhere the little clock icons

I am trying to ascertain whether it is possible to see when an Outlook user
actually created an appointment in the Calendar i.e. a tracking facility so
you can see the date and time the appointment was created as opposed to when
it is scheduled to take place.

Several people have access to arranging appointments on the bosses calendar.  
Is there a way to "sign" the appointments that I arrange so that he knows I
entered it for furture referencing?  Something like:  "This Appointment
