I have realised events/meetings etc that were in my Outlook Calendar a year
ago are no longer on there. I am interested in keeping track of dates but
they have disappeared. Is there anywhere that these dates/events are being
stored? how long does Microsoft Outlook store them for? ...

My appointment times on PDA are changing when synchronised with outlook on my
laptop. Both are set for the right timezone and daylight savings settings,
yet they come up an hour forward on outlook.

I have an Exchange Server 2003 and clients are running Outlook 2003.  Several
months ago, we made some changes to the Exchange server and since that time,
no one can get into the resource scheduling tab in Outlook calendar options.  
The message is:  This folder cannot be opened ...

Is there any way I can tell when a meeting was booked into the Outlook
calendar.  Often not sure if they are booked a week or day in advance and
need to know.

We are useing Outlook/Exchange 2003.  Client boxes are XP SP2.
We have a situation where one user is unable to accept a meeting request
from another user.  This appears to be localized to these two distinct users
but not 100% sure.  What happens is when the requested user attempts ...
TZMOVE.EXE does nothing to Calendar Appointments between 3-11 and08 Mar 2007 19:35 GMT5
Running TZmove on our calendar appointments in the DST change period has no
effect.  Here's the process performed:
1.  On the exchange server installed all security updates including KB931836
and Exchange KB926666

have a new computer with Vista and Outlook 2007 that sync's to a Dell Axim
PDA running WM2003.  If I sync a meeting from the computer to the PDA, it is

I have downloaded TZMove.exe from Microsoft and ran it on my PC
yesterday morning. I assume it updated all the appointments in my
calendar that fall between March 11 thru April 1since it told me it
did after running the utility. All the times for the meetings are

If you have access to or share a calendar with another Outlook user, is it
possible to enter an appointment on both calendars simultaneously
