My appointment times on PDA are changing when synchronised with outlook on my laptop. Both are set for the right timezone and daylight savings settings, yet they come up an hour forward on outlook.

I have downloaded TZMove.exe from Microsoft and ran it on my PC yesterday morning. I assume it updated all the appointments in my calendar that fall between March 11 thru April 1since it told me it did after running the utility. All the times for the meetings are
