I want to be able to show & share appts for only one subject/category. Times and days are spread across two months. Does anyone know how to do that?

Outlook default is 30 min. when creating a meeting. That is seldom valid for business meetings. How do you change the default meeting duration (e.g. 1 hr., or 50 min.)?

Rephrasing my question: If I have an email I am sending out with the dates of an event written in it, is there a way to add a link inside the message that people can click on and have that event automatically added to their outlook calendar?

Is there a way to see the reminder and meeting icons in Outlook 2007 calendar like there was in Outlook 2003 and earlier? I was used to seeing these in weekly view.

Since yesterday all all-day events has been blank in the day/month/week view of my calendar. When I click on the event it opens and shows all the details. Also when the screen is not in maximize it shows the event, as soon as I maximaze the screen the event goes blank again. ...

I can't seem to make my multi-day appointments show up on the printed calendar. It will show the colored block of time for a few days, but not the whole event and the label for the appt is no where to be found. It's also cutting off the appt names, where office xp used to wrap ...

In Outlook 2002, I tentatively accepted a meeting notice that spanned several months, all day, and did not notice that fact until after I deleted the meeting notice. Now I want to remove that meeting from my schedule. How do I do that?
