In my office, we often send emails with the upcoming calendar for the month.  
THose who receive the calendar have to enter the dates manually into their
calendar.  Does OUtlook have a function that would enable us to send a
calendar directly to the others' outlook?

Is it possible to have the Week view show today plus 6 days ahead (like
Google calendar)? Right now, if its a Friday, this view is pretty much
useless. Also for Month view, is it possible to have today at the top of the
page? Most people don't want to see last week's events!

I have my apt's set up in calendar, but cannot see them unless I put my
cursor over them. They just appear to be blank apt blocks. How can I fix
this? It is driving me crazy!

All appoints sent to me are going to my archive calendar rather than my
calendar on the server how do I stop the appointment going to archive. Any
appointments I send go to the correct calendar. We use exchange server

i'm using outlook 2003. When i accept a meeting invitation, the calendar
suppose to be updated and show the meeting details on it. But it did not.
this just happened last week. Previously, it was fine.

I am trying to delete a reoccuring appointment, but i get an error message
stating "Cannot read one instance of this reoccuring appointment, close any
open appointment and try again or recreate the appointment." Anyone have any
ideas on this and how to fix it? Thanks in advance ...

I am trying to synchronize HOTMAIL and OUTLOOK so that I can synch with my
window mobile PDA which only works with OUTLOOK.  I can synch contacts and
e-mails from HOTMAIL to OUTLOOK. But, HOTMAIL calender can not be
synchronized to OUTLOOK.  I end up updating both calenders so ...

I enter an event on 1 person's computer, check the 'All Day Event' check box,

Hi folks, I stuffed something up in OL 2003, with
the calendar. I thought I was importing a calendar I had on an Ipod.
BUT, When I go to delete the calendar, it says
unable to delete this folder. right-click the folder, and click properties

When I migrated to Office 2007, most of my settings migrated but the setting
for default appointment/meeting duration did not.  All of my appointments in
Outlook 2007 start with a duration of 30min - I prefer 50min.  I looked under
Calendar Options - No joy.  Anyone found this ...

My employer is asking that we reduce our Outlook storage on the server by not
keeping e-mails and by deleting past appointments from our Outlook calendars.
