Sometimes when I am scheduling a meeting with others in my office, and I
click on the Scheduling tab, I am unable to view if they are busy in their
calendar. It appears just as a shaded out line of dashed lines, classed as
"no information". Is there a reason for this?

Is there a way to make Outlook retain a selection of multiple calendars?  We
have executive secretaries that must keep track of four different calendars.  
Every time Outlook is run and the calendar view is selected, it defaults back
