I am on Outlook 2007 and trying to send meeting invitations to attendees
using a prior version but doesn't seem to be downword compatible. Is there a
way to fix this??

In Outlook (XP, 2003 or 2007), how can a user simultaneously create
the same appointment at the same time on a number of different days?
It's like a recurring appointment but with no real pattern except for
the time of day.

I applied the tzmove patch to OL2003 on winxpsp2 system. / est-0500gmt
All day events (birthday, holidays etc) moved 1 day earlier (July 4th
Independence Day is now July 3rd) there is NO hourly overlap (as some

My reminders do not pop up.  The reminder's box is checked and I have changed
the reminder time to several different setting and nothing works.  Any
suggestions?

I know how to edit a label for my calendar to change that the color
signifies. Our firm uses a public calendar to which we all have access. I
want to edit the label colors for the public calendar to assign a particular
color to each individual so we can see at a glance what entry ...

Is it possible to display the day calendar with 8:00 and 8:30 both? If I set
up the day calendar with 30 minute intervals it still only displays 8:00.

I had added both the Jewish and Christan hoildays to my calendar twice while
I was checking some things. Now I would like them all removed, how can I do
this?

I have 1 user in my comapny who's flagged messages do not pop-up as
reminders. It does appear in the Follow-up folders but she sometimes forget
to go look in their. Is their anyway way that i can make sure that all the
mails that she flagg pop-up as reminders.It did work but stopped ...

My calendar is shared amongst many users all with editors rights, an entry
has been changed and I wand to find out who did it?

I just got a new laptop (Vista OS) and transferred my Outlook data from old
laptop.  When I go into Calendar on my new laptop to update an event and save
it, it automatically changes the event to be a recurring event.  This happens

Is it possible to set up spell check to automatically spell check
appointments and task? I can set it up to automatically spell check e-mail
messages, but it is not checking my calendar items.

Is there a way to flag an appointment for follow-up?
My salesmen ride with our distributor reps and are then supposed to followup
on that 'ride day' 2 months later.  We are seeking a way to set a follow-up
reminder for that appointment.
